It is a beautiful day in Duluth Minnesota. It might even be nice in Superior too. It is time once again for a blog from me. Please hold your applause.
So Health Care passed and GAMC is saved for now. What is next on my agenda?
First, It is a GOTV (Get out the vote) campaign in Superior. They are having City Council Elections and it is time to let people's voices be heard with a ballot. There are 4 contested City Councilor races in Superior. So if you live in Superior, make sure you get out the vote.
Second, It is time once again for the Free Democracy Summit. This year, it is one full week of activities starting with a Kickoff on Sunday April 25th at 5:30 pm. We will have the play "Habitat" which is all about homelessness in Duluth. It will be at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Duluth, 835 W College St.
