Neighborhoods in Duluth, MN

These neighborhoods, on Superior's east end, are separated by the Nemadji River. Affordable housing options abound, and businesses ranging from auto repair shops to rib joints dot the landscape.

This west-side neighborhood sits in the shadow of the Bong Bridge. No, not literally, but it's right next door.

Just east of UWS, you'll find a neighborhood that many students and families call home.

Superior's downtown is a hub of activity, day or night. It's where the businesspeople are, and they're working in a variety of businesses - retail, healthcare, banking, food service and more.

Hammond Avenue bisects this pretty, pretty, pretty nice neighborhood. You'll find any sort of roof you'd like to put over your head here, whether you want to rent or buy.

The city's north end is largely industrial, home to shipyards and other businesses that require big yellow machines.

The South End is home to the popular Nemadji Golf Course, along with the city's "big-box" retail stores, restaurants, bars and more.
