Duluth's downtown has exploded over the past few years. Growth-wise, we mean. If you want action, you'll find it here - day, night, or wee hours of the morning. Downtown is the city's business central, but it's so much more than that. Among the high-rises, laptops and ties, you'll find shops, galleries, theaters and a truly hoppin' nightlife scene. Did we mention the food? You'll find unique, locally owned "night out" eateries alongside tasty places to grab a quick lunch. We won't kid you - living in downtown can be spendy. There are a number of new, upscale condominium complexes worth an admiring look, but you'll also find rentals to fit any budget.
