Colder by the Lake, Duluth’s original comedy theatre (the people who brought you “Phantom of the NorShor” and “The Jack Chick Plays”) has been performing original and adapted material on area stages since 1983. “Older by the Lake (or, the Colonoscopy Monologues)” is their latest production, an original comedy that examines brain tissue and reconstructs hip joints, by harvesting parts of the funny bone. Directed by Margi Preus and Jean Sramek, and featuring musical guests Sarah Lawrence and Cal Metts, the show features some of the Twin Ports’ finest comic actors.
