Sidewalk Days Festival

    Sorry for the short notice, but The Sidewalk Days Festival is going on this week in Downtown Duluth from July 8th to the 11th on Superior Street. between Lake Ave. and 4th Ave. West.  The event offers a wide array of activities, including most of the local shops having their merchandise on display on the street, to live musical performances, a classic car show, and street dancing. 

    Personally, I've never been to the event, but appearently it's been going on in Duluth every summer for quite some time now.  I was probably at the beach and didn't notice that four city blocks in downtown were closed down, but what can I say, i like playing frisbee... 

    Anyway, the event should be fun for everyone (the barbeque at Fitger's catches my eye, mostly because I like Barbeques, but I know that Fitger's will have some specific beverages that I like to partake in from time to time), and the events are for all ages, with the daytime events aimed at all ages, and the later events more geared towards adults.
